Who We Are - Fosters Foundation is a nonprofit organization that celebrates the lives of terminally ill and handicapped children and the ones who love and care for them. We hope that by "Spreading the Love" we can inspire the lives of children and young adults everywhere. Each member of our organization has the highest level of integrity, knowledge, love and compassion and is the driving forces behind Fosters Foundation. We created this organization to honor all those we have loved and lost.

What We Do - At Fosters Foundation we have many programs geared towards helping those in need. We provide relief and assistance for families with terminally ill and handicapped children. Our Foundation will work in a three tiered process: a vacation village geared towards children will exist to provide cost free vacations and host special events where families will stay on the premises while experiencing the best amenities that area has to offer; an outreach program in major cities geared toward improving the lives of needy, terminally ill and handicapped children and a camp venture designed to provide troubled teens an opportunity to act as junior counselors and to interact with handicapped campers.

Our camp adventure will be one of the most challenging yet fulfilling aspects of our foundation. Our junior counselors will learn to interact with handicapped kids and to care for others, while our campers benefit from the interaction with other special needs kids. Our vacation village will provide much needed vacations, create lasting memories and an enjoyable escape from the every day trials and tribulations that these families deal with on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to provide an experience for the entire family without worry or obligation and strengthen family bonds. Our outreach program will provide relief for families by purchasing any specialized equipment needed that is not provided by insurance or government assistance and provide financial assistance for schooling, therapy or anything else necessary to improve their quality of life. In addition to the aforementioned programs, we also plan to initiate a toy program at Christmas aimed at helping grant toy wishes for special needs homes and hospitals.

How We Do It - Fosters Foundation works closely with school districts, hospitals, and communities to raise funds and provide assistance for our programs. We also partner with other "Wish Granting" non-profit organizations to co-ordinate a fun filled memorable experience. Once a potential recipient contacts us, we then figure out what type of experience they are looking for and what needs they have. Once we establish what they need or where they would like to go, we then co-ordinate with various local and national organizations around the country to provide the necessary services or plan the child's ideal vacation.

Why We Do It - Nothing is more important than our children. We do what we do for the love of all children and the hope of making their lives as joyous as possible. We hope that by "Spreading the Love" we can bring happiness into the lives and hearts of others. All that we do is meant to enhance the lives of these kids and their families.
